Random little facts

  • My favourite actor has been Elijah Jordan Wood for several years now, my favourite actress is always changing.
  • I grew up in Canada (and still live there) and I always use the Canadian/British spellings for words (ie. colour, favourite, honour).
  • I have been roleplaying (play-by-post) since August 2000. The first rpg I joined was Meadow Falls and my first character was Fairy Dust (a Hanoverian).
  • The longest running rpg I have ever ran was Ames.
  • The first successful rpg I ran was called Fate of Tomorrow.
  • When I first joined Facebook, I had planned to only accept a handful of friends - that didn’t last very long.
  • I have 250+ books in my room (not including textbooks, novels only).
  • I own the majority of the novels written by Sherrilyn Kenyon and I’m damn proud of that fact.
  • Writing is one of the more important things to me. If it was financially realistic, I would become a full-time novelist.
  • Realistically, I want to become a RN (Registered Nurse) and specialize in either pediatrics or surgery.
  • My back-up plan is to get a degree in Evolutionary Biological Science.
  • My dream school to attend is Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
  • I have exactly one scar left over from when I had chicken pox as a young child but I can’t see it (my mom can always point it out, but it doesn’t look like a scar to me).
  • I had pneumonia three times in one year when I was in grade 3, I missed about one and a half months of school in total.
  • The last awesome vacation I went on was to Europe when I was 10 years old.
  • I want to hike the entire length of the Appalachian Mountain Range (it takes an average of 6 months to do so).
  • I have a Myspace account only because some friends on a forum wanted me to get one so they could link to mine - I haven’t touched it since I believe it’s about July or August of 2006.
  • I’m collecting cds that no one wants anymore - when I get enough, I want to make a border of them around my room.
  • My maternal grandmother passed away the same day as my high school convocation ceremony.
  • I’ve been to three of seven continents (North America, Europe and Asia).
  • I want to go to Churchill, Manitoba just to see the polar bears there.
  • I think New Caledonia is a better name than British Columbia.
  • My all-time favourite soap opera coupling is Jason and Elizabeth (”Liaison”) on General Hospital.
  • My second all-time favouite soap opera coupling is Lulu and Johnny (”Jolu”) on General Hospital.
  • I actually don’t like Meredith and Derek together on Grey’s Anatomy - I used to, but then I just hated them together after a while.
  • I thought Rose (Derek’s girlfriend for a while on Grey’s) was 10x better for him.
  • I miss Finn (Grey’s Anatomy).
  • The farthest west in Canada I have gone is to the west coast of Vancouver Island (about as far as I can without falling directly into the Pacific Ocean).
  • The farthest east in Canada I have gone is to the Rockies and Alberta.
  • The farthest south I’ve gone is to the border between Canada and the US.
  • The farthest north I’ve gone is… I don’t remember.
  • I plan to never have children.
  • I want to have a ferret or a kitten (obviously not at the same time).
  • I don’t like dogs, but I will find them cute if they’re at a distance or in photographs.
  • I collect stamps and have stamps from 20+ countries.
  • I love getting postcards from other countries (and from Canada as well).
  • I read the news on a daily basis to be up-to-date on current events.
  • I send text messages entirely too much in the time period of a month (~1000-1300 messages a month).
