Yesterday’s title came from “Break Me Out” by The Rescues. Go check them out on Youtube or something. Today’s title also comes from the same song. I’m a tad obsessed with it right now, I love it.

Work was okay today. I had a late lunch due to the fact that I was at Building B (watching the cd burning program slowly work…) while my lunch was at Building A. It was not good fun. But in other awesome news, I drove myself from Building B to A and I didn’t get lost (… two left turns, two right turns) or anything traumatically stupid. So I call today a win, in terms of my (lack of) navigational skills.

And I keep on forgetting that no other schools are off for ‘summer’ yet. And by ‘other schools’, I mean elementary, middle and secondary schools. Which makes conversations weird, because I was talking to M about his son and it was like “So what are his plans for his summer holidays?” then there was a pause and then a “It’s still April, Michelle.” Oh, right, that. Silly me! But it’s only April for a few more days. And I keep on having conversations like that. Like “Oh, it’s summer term already, that’s why I’m working”, which gets the reply “Summer? Didn’t it just turn to spring a little while ago?” But I was talking to one of my friends last night and she mentioned that she did the same thing. We’re all just so self-centred and thinking that people are on the same schedules as us. Oh well, c’est la vie.

And lastly, for today’s super exciting news (… I have a weird definition of ‘super exciting’, obviously) I’m currently blogging while lying down in my bed. And there are no cords extending from my laptop. Wireless internet ftw.
