All I did was walk up to the table and handed my elector&#8217;s card and photo id to the person in charge of the table and this charming exchange occurred (H for him, M for Michelle\/me):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>H: You\u2019re a YOUNG person. What are you doing here?<br \/>\nM: \u2026 Exercising my democratic right to vote&#8230;?<br \/>\nH: *checks my birth date on my driver&#8217;s license* <em><\/em>But you\u2019re YOUNG!<br \/>\nM: \u2026 Can I get a ballot or not?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He finally hands me the ballot and then asks if I&#8217;ve ever voted before.
