Ingredients:
- 125ml margarine
- 250ml sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 500ml flour
- 5ml baking soda
- 5ml cinnamon
- 2ml salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- Cream butter and sugar together, add in the egg.
- Mash bananas and add to cream mixture.
- Sift in all dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter into a loaf pan.
- Bake for one hour.
