Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 50ml margarine
  • 50ml white sugar
  • 50ml brown sugar
  • 2ml vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 175ml flour
  • 1ml baking soda
  • 100ml chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • With an electric mixer (or by hand) cream together margarine and the sugars.
  • Beat the egg and vanilla into the creamed mixture.
  • Sift flour and baking soda in separate bowl.
  • Stir into creamed mixture.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into balls, place on top of baking sheet on the pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Place cookies onto cooling rack.
