Crepes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 250ml four
  • 25ml sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: fruit, syrup, icing sugar

Instructions:

  • Beat egg into milk in a bowl.
  • Mix flour and sugar into the bowl. Beat with a fork until smooth.
  • In an oiled pan, spoon mixture into the pan (over medium heat).
  • Spread batter in pan until it’s a thin layer.
  • Cook until it can slide around in the pan, flip and cook until both sides are golden in colour.
  • Place onto serving plate.
