Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 375ml flour
- 50ml baking powder
- 15ml sugar
- 7ml salt
- 1 egg
- 425ml milk
- 25ml oil
Instructions:
- Sift flower, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
- Beat egg, milk and oil together. Add to dry mixture.
- Mix together well.
- Pour batter into frying pan.
- Flip pancakes when golden on one side.
