School is out for the summer!

Your hair was so long, Michelle! :O I bet it’s easier to manage now though.

Studying and pausing to reflect

Wow, I know you seem always to be busy with your uni work on twitter, but to say you are nearly finish, yeah, that is scary. I don’t like chem/bio that much, but animal ethics sounds fun… but all classes sound deceivingly fun…

What’s the size of your footprint?

1.02 Earths – We live in terraced housing but we recycle a lot, grow our own stuff (or try to) plus I cycle everywhere. : ) I admit, I could be better but when nobody else is, you kinda lose motivation.

Things I’ve done this week

Excel needs sorting out sometimes. 🙂
I used to be very into Greys and then stopped after season 1. It got too “big” for me…

I’m ashamed to say all i’ve done is worked this week. D:

Plus or minus 10 years

Good achievable goals. Ten years ago seems such a long time ago! Gosh. Ten years ago was lame time for my, I would of just turned ten years old. That phrase made me laugh “Painfully shy”. LOL

Ten years from now I want to be crazily in love, married to a man of my dreams, with a kid, a dog, writing full time in my own house in the countryside just outside London. I wanna be driving too.

If only ey? Happy New Year m’dear! <3

Can’t I just inject the knowledge into my brain?

(: i’m glad someone else let’s thier room slip into a state of mess. I have a pile of dirty clothes on the floor, a plate of food on the floor where I’ve tried to eat and I feel like a pig because of that. xD

Public transport sucks balls bigtime. The people annoy me more than the actual transport. You get lunatic and such ruffians that it just makes ya flip-out sometimes. Better you than me. I would not leave my house in the warm for no Biology test. Good luck though. (:

That depressions depending on how much sun light you get sounds familiar. I am not eager to say “Yeah, that me!” though…. LOL. I hate conditions. I think everyone gets down in winter. It’s just been a high concentration of shit flung at me in a very small space of time, s’all. Your comment was amazing, and I did smile. I think people write best when they have passion. <3

And from the men’s department…

I wish I could buy from the kids section. it’s a darn sight cheaper than the women’s fo sure.

I was always tall (still am) for my age so being 5″8 is a bitch. I never seem to find anything in sale either, you lucky sod! 😛 I like it though, recycling signs. 🙂 GOOD! Buying it in men’s does promise super comfort too. YAY.

A good shopping day for you.

I got hayfever and literally this morn I woke up sneezing. it’s horrible GAH.

I try and drink green tea. Strangely works. Or maybe my problem is psychological.

Make sure you have an emergency set of tissues! ;]

SEX! (Did I grab your attention?)

If children don’t learn and become aware about diversity such as religion, races then they will obviously not be accustomed to an unfamiliar situation like a different religion. Same with sex.

Fear leads to violence.
It’ll be like Hitler all over again.

“You’re different, we must cleanse the nation”. GAH.

If you enrol your kids into school, you surrender the right to educate your kids between the school opening times to educated professionals. You may not “Pull them out”. This is my belief anyways.

Great post. 🙂

1. Never. I’ve had them, but never ‘real’ ones.
2. MEGA TIRED. The life of a hyper-insomniac I suppose.
3. Summer sun and NO exams. 😀

Weekend where I’m actually doing something, continued

BGT is awful. I try not to watch it because it’s so addictively bad. I did see one performance, flawless. I love them so mucha. 🙂

My Friday night was lame.I sleep way to much not it’s summer. Gah. ¬.¬

I hope you do get to do those things with Clay and your friends. 🙂

There’s never a wish better than this

it’s forecasted as Sunny here, and right now it’s amazingly beautiful weather, woot!

I get that a lot because I look like a younger and considerably taller version of my mom. I get her friends sometimes talking to me telling me how great I look until I say “I’m not Shola(my mom) I’m Shola.” and then they look all bashful. I need a t-shirt saying “I’m Shola, Sharon’s daughter.” LOL

I really admire your new layout, it’s amazingly beautiful, It’s imspiring me to make my layout more girl and flowerly, just for the summer. 😀 Ahhh.

Hope you have an brilliant weekend. x

The walls are caving in with no warning

I wanna see the sun rising anywhere but here

It eighteen where you can drive legally here in Britain but we can drink from sixteen, so I guess that’s why.

It’s a good thing your supervisor’s where happy you where back, that means they know you do your job properly. 🙂 x

Time flies when you’re having fun

That weekend seemed really nice. Nick names are sweet. I don’t have any personally though because I like my name too much. (: hehe. x

Wow, you have loads like myself going on, it’s better to be busy that not busy though. That’s what i think. x

» Posted By Shola On May 1, 2009 @ 10:31 am

Hell warmed over

Shit, I hate it too when new stuff comes up which you have never heard of before. It is sucky, like big time sucky. Grrrr.

I am sure you’ll fine though, if other people find it hard they tend to lower the boundaries for the grades. x

Pronounciations and Paranoia

I say it day-arh because I have a southern british accent. *feels weird* lol

I can’t believe you have to get up at five for an exam. That sucks. You must live miles away from uni. I have a 20 min walk to my college. 30 mins when it’s cold. That’s sucky. :/ x

Just had to tell everyone:

Show me the money!!! 😛

Lack of sleep is always bad. My mom has learned when my door is locked she is to leave me because it’s locked for a reason. Try and have honey and tea. No milk. No sugar. That should help.

I didn’t sleep a lot. I normally sleep for a day and then run for about 3 days with about four hours sleep worth of naps. Like this week, I slept all day thursday, went out Friday Night and Saturday night. had no sleep. And today now, I slept for thirteen hours. 🙂 Yay.

Life of a student bent on pushing her limits.

awwh, the wiping of drool shows true love. 😀

» Posted By Shola On April 19, 2009 @ 5:04 pm

In one ear and out the other

I hate it when people don’t understand the concept of: I need sleep for my fucking exam. I feel bad for you. At least you weren’t tired. And exam at 8.30 is waaaayyyyy early. Earliest we have one is 9.00am.

I would not of got up at 5am. That is way too friggin’ early. x

» Posted By Shola On April 19, 2009 @ 5:02 pm

I vote for the sun to move indoors

Wow, you’ve reminded me I actually need to actively start revising for my exams and not just talk about doing them. >.< Wuuah. Five thrity is a pretty early time to awake from a deep warm slumber, good luck? hot chocolate makes it all better. Have a hot chosolate.

With a chocolate biscuit.
And Whipped creeam. 🙂

Last to know?

I am the first to know everything unfortunatly, I am deemed the secret keeper within the family. If there is anything going down, I will no doubt know about it. Everyone tells me everything, and to be honest, I don’t want to know because when peope find out I knew all along, I am like “Uh-oh”… lol

I’d rather switchplaces with you and be the last to know. Honestly. But being the first has it’s advantages. 😀

Sorry about your tree. When I was younger, nobody told me about where they were taking her. Me and my brother were walking her then a man came and took her. We returned home without her, wheni realised we had given her away, I was so sad. Never again was i the last to know.

And OMG, I finally found someone who has read those books, none of my friends read them and I think they are amazing. I only read three and a half so far. I’ve read Fantasy Lover(OMG I LOVE JULIAN)
Night Pleasures (OMFG I love Kyrian)
And Dance with the devil (I don’t much like Zarek…)
I am on Night Embrace with Talon. 😀 – I so wanna read the book with Ash in it. Him and Artemis in love :O AHHH….

SORRY for my looong comment. x

Manic Monday #163

Do you recycle? Why or why not?
I do, quite a lot. I set the standard for my family, I feel really bad when I know I waste. Waste not, want not.

Would you rather be a pirate or a prince/princess?
Pirate. All the way.

Are you into astrology? If yes, how does it affect your life?
Not the astrology as in the crappy things in the back of the magazines. they are a load of shite. *sorry for language*
But the meanings of the years we are born in, days and months yeah. I think we gain certain attributes, if we are born on certain days. 😀

» Posted By Shola On April 15, 2009 @ 11:17 am

Hilarity ensued

My mom does that sort of too. She says: I don’t want anything, which makes it a bitch to buy stuff for her. grrr….

That is a cool thing to do with ashes. I wouldn’t do it though. At all. 🙂 SOunds a bit creepy, y’know?x

Realizations on a Friday

Don’t celebrate it at all because I don’t follow Christianity or whatever relevant religions celebrate it.

Some people can be too nice, but Manners get you places in life. 😀

Things that I’ve learned in the last 24 hours

I do the pokemon one. I ony watched one series of Pokemon and not it’s biggest fan, but I can tell you what one I have got, or haven’t got, and what level it is at. It must be something subliminal which enables that power.

I agree with Heather, this made me smile. A lot. x

In which Monday was rather dull, but I wrote about it anyways

Hey hey hey! Don’t knock libaries. they are the pillars of our communities. =] Plus I like borrowing old books, I love that old book smell. Seriously. And plus, you don;t really need you own books unless they are your faves.

Libaries are cool. WOOT.
