Ingredients:
- 50ml margarine
- 50ml white sugar
- 50ml brown sugar
- 2ml vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 175ml flour
- 1ml baking soda
- 100ml chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- With an electric mixer (or by hand) cream together margarine and the sugars.
- Beat the egg and vanilla into the creamed mixture.
- Sift flour and baking soda in separate bowl.
- Stir into creamed mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into balls, place on top of baking sheet on the pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Place cookies onto cooling rack.
