- 250ml four
- 25ml sugar
- 250ml milk
- 1 egg
- Optional: fruit, syrup, icing sugar
- Beat egg into milk in a bowl.
- Mix flour and sugar into the bowl. Beat with a fork until smooth.
- In an oiled pan, spoon mixture into the pan (over medium heat).
- Spread batter in pan until it’s a thin layer.
- Cook until it can slide around in the pan, flip and cook until both sides are golden in colour.
- Place onto serving plate.
