C: You’re so pretty.
M: And you need new glasses.
C: Why do you say that?
M: [pause] Because you’re deluded, that’s why.
C: There are girls who spend so much time fixing their hair, doing make up and making sure that everything goes well together in order to hope that people think that they look good. Where as you spend like a few minutes putting your hair into a pony tail for me to tug, put on what ever is comfortable and don’t wear make-up. And, according to you, my glasses allow me to see you in the same light. Why would you want to change that?
C: I’m good, aren’t I?
M: Hush you.
